Your item will be despatched on the next working day from the order been placed, and posted first class with royal mail large letter service which normally takes two working days. In total your delivery will take three working days from the order been placed. However I cannot be responsable for any delays occuring with in the postal service for what ever other reasons.

If you are not entirly happy with your item then please return it for a full refund within fourteen working days, in the box and packaging you received it in. The item is classed as large letter so you can post it at any post box convenient to yourself.

Once your returns have been recieved your refund will be issued on the same day of receiving your returns. I will e-mail you to confirm your refund has been issued.

Quality checked.

All spirit gemstone jewellery is quality checked before despatch. Every peice is individually hand crafted using only genuine and quality materials

Gemstones are all natural, no simulated or plastic beads are used.

Silver is a all genuine 925 sterling silver not plated or filled.

Beading wire is silver plated or gold plated 49 strand. This is the thickest  gauge wire avialable and also has the best flexability.

As gemstones are a naturally occuring product there may be some very slight colour variations in the stones to the image photograph, but this is by no means a fault and is part of the unique, natural beauty and individual quality of natural gemstones.

Jewellery care.

To maintain the condition of your jewellery it is advisable not to wear in the bath or shower, swimming in the sea or swimming pools, expose it to cleaning chemicals or submurge it in washing up water.

When not in use store in a closed box and clean using a soft cloth.
